Rosemary "Miss Rose" Robbins, 91, went to her heavenly home early, Friday morning, February 17, 2023, at the Parker City Health and Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness.  She was born on September 30, 1931, in Muncie the daughter of George Washington and Mary (Jackson) Cooper.

Miss Rose had married the love of her life, Lee L. Robbins on November 5, 1949, and he preceded her in death on July 30, 1986.  Mrs. Robbins obtained her GED in 1986 from the Muncie Career Center.  She had worked for Excel Lamp as a Lamp maker for 2 years and later for KinderCare as a Teacher.   She and her husband had owned and operated the A.G.S.A.  Truck Repair for 10 years.  Miss Rose had attended the Northside Church of the Nazarene, was a member of Modern Lady, and was a former member of the Moose Lodge with her husband.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Linda Lee Burns, Farmland, and Vickie Lynn Stephenson (Gerry), Spring Branch, Texas; 3 grandchildren, Kevin Eugene Stephenson, Spring Branch, Texas, Melissa Lynn Stephenson, San Antonia, Texas and Alex Aaron Burns, Farmland; 5 great-grandchildren, Tyler Stephenson, Carley Salinas (Angel) and Dallas Stephenson, Carter Lee Burns, and Aria Burns; 2 great, great-grandchildren, Paisley Culverhouse and Emma Grace Salinas; 1 sister, Anna Ruth Miller, Muncie; several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

Besides her husband of 37 years, Lee, she was preceded in death by her parents and 4 brothers, John, Jack, George "Buss" and James Cooper; brother-in-law, Walter Miller, and sister-in-law Laura Cooper.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Rusty Clements officiating.  Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Memorial Gardens.

Friends may call at Parson Mortuary on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.
