Sarah Wanda Cooper age 81, passed away at home on August 17, 2022, surrounded by family.  Sarah was born in Byrdstown, Tennessee, the daughter of John T. and Lilly (Gross) Neal on June 24, 1941.

After graduating from high school, she attended Ivy Tech Community College.  Sarah worked for most of her life at various jobs, including being a waitress.

Sarah is survived by one daughter, Elizabeth Cooper of Muncie, and two sons, Paul Cooper and Billy Cooper, both of Muncie, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and loved ones.  She also leaves behind her constant companion and protector Nubs, her fur baby dog.  She was proceeded in death by two sons, Rick Allen Cooper and Michael Anthony Cooper, as well as two sisters Ruth Roysdon and Maydell Burton.

Funeral services will be held at Parson Mortuary and Cremation Center, 801 W. Adams on Thursday, August 25, 2022, at 1:00 PM.  Friends may call on the family from 12:00 noon until the time of the service.  Burial will follow at Union Cemetery in Eaton Indiana.
