Sharon Chandler, 77, Muncie, Indiana, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2023. She was born July 6, 1945, in Marion, Indiana to Verneice Kent and Ferman Chandler.

Sharon worked at United Magazine Company as a District Manager for most of her life, this job opportunity let her travel all over the state of Indiana, Michigan, Hawaii and Guam. She also worked at Erma's Restaurant and Little Italy in Marion, Indiana. She was a Lifetime Member of the Amvets and graduated from Van Buren High School. She was a phenomenal cook and enjoyed making delicious meals for her family and friends.

She was a proud survivor of breast cancer and enjoyed crocheting afghans. Most of all Sharon loved her kids, grandkids, nieces, nephews and all her great nieces and nephews.

Sharon will be fondly remembered by her two children, Tiffany Chandler and Tony Chandler. Her grandsons, Chase Chandler, Gabe Garber and Andrew Chandler; sister, Martha Lara of Muncie, Indiana; brother, Frank(Cathy)Chandler of Marion, Indiana, sister, Patty Perry of Marion, Indiana and brother, Pete Guarneri of Marion, Indiana; Step Father, Victor Kent of Marion, Indiana. She has 7 nieces and nephews that loved her greatly: Skip Koons, Luann Koons, Scott(Heather) Koons, Rick(Cathy) Koons, Heather(Mike) Morrison, David(Jennifer) Martin and Devon Perry, plus all their children that she babysat frequently.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, and her brother Elvin Chandler.

A Celebration of Life will be 1:00 pm, Saturday February 18, 2023 at Amvets, 705 W 37th Street, Marion, Indiana. Feel free to bring a dish and plenty of stories.
