Starla Renee Power, 58, passed away Monday, February 6, 2023, at her residence following a brief illness.  She was born on August 14, 1964, in Anderson, Indiana the daughter of Minor and Velma (Talley) Bilbrey.

Starla married Anthony Power, Sr., and has preceded her in death.  She enjoyed animals, especially cats.  Watching television was her favorite pastime, especially the Walking Dead Series.

Survivors include one son, Anthony Power, Jr.  (Misty), Muncie; one daughter, Crystal S. Power, Muncie; two grandchildren, Leanna Nicole Power and Khloe Marie Power both at home.; one sister Kelli Clapp, Anderson.

Besides her husband, Anthony Power, Sr. she was preceded in death by; her parents;

Cremation is being done with a private family gathering at a later date.  Parson Mortuary Cremation Center is entrusted with these arrangements.
