Beloved father, son, brother, family member and friend. Terry Davis, 66, died June 13, 2023 after a year's long battle with heart disease. Born with a heart of gold on November 23, 1956 and raised in Muncie, IN. He graduated in 1975 from Wapahani High School. He then served 4 years in the United States Air Force. Terry went on to obtain a bachelor's degree in finance from Ball State University where he graduated with honors. He spent 30+ years working for financial institutions. American United Life, GE Capital and the State of Tennessee. He spent time in Spain, Virginia, Washington, Tennessee during his career but ultimately ended up in Muncie for retirement. He married and had two children, Jeremy Davis and Brooke Ledbetter.

Terry enjoyed fishing, gardening, his dog Skeeter, time with family, cub cadets, motorcycles, cooking and he always had a project. He was known for his kind and generous spirit. He would do anything to help those around him and impacted many lives. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Terry is preceded in death by his father Ray Davis, mother Peggy (Drumm) Akin and his grandmother Margaret Audrey Drumm. He is survived by his son Jeremy Davis of Fishers, IN and daughter Brooke Ledbetter of Franklin, TN. He is survived by 8 grandchildren, Tanner, Mason, Delaney (Davis) and Sophie, Owen, Audrey, Emily and Will (Ledbetter). He is survived by his loving sister Tami (Davis) Rivetna of Naperville, IL, aunts Betty Wall and Nancy Funkhouser as well as several nieces and many cousins.

In honor of Terry in lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to the Muncie ARF, 1209 W. Riggin Road, Muncie, Indiana 47303.
