Timothy Scott Kelley, 66, passed away at IU Ball Memorial Hospital on April 14, 2024.  Timothy was born on June 14, 1957, the son of Theodore Sr and Janice (Hall) Kelley, in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Timothy graduated from Cowan High School and went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree from Ball State University.  He was employed as a computer programmer, under contract with Solutions Unlimited.  Timothy was a devoted family man who loved the Beatles, playing guitar, and music in general.

He is survived by his wife of forty-three years, Kathryn Kelley, and two children Laurie Ragan (Elizabeth), and Kevin Kelley.  In addition, he leaves behind his siblings, Theodore Kelley Jr (Pam), Terri Kalley (Eric Sr.), and Sean Kelley (Shirley).

Timothy was preceded in death by his Parents.

A memorial service will be held at Parson Mortuary on Monday, April 22, 2024, at 1:00 PM.  Visitation will be from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM.  Cremations will be handled by Parson Mortuary with a private burial at a later date.
