Timothy D. Wharton born August 30, 1954, passed away peacefully at home on May 20, 2022.

He was born to Lila Moore (Carr) and Edwin Wharton in Muncie, IN. He attended Muncie Central High School. He ran track and loved to play basketball.

Tim was a very talented painter and dry-waller. He was known for his specialty finishes.

He loved to shoot pool with his sons Terry and Jesse. Time also loved music and dancing, he was a great dancer! He also loved hanging out with his family and friends.

Tim is survived by his mother Lila Moore, sister Ann Wharton, two sons Terry Criswell-Wharton and Jesse Criswell, Step-brother Jackie Moore, stepsister Debbie Smith, special nephew, and namesake Timothy A. Wharton, and uncle Bob Carr.

Time is preceded in death by his grandparents, father Eddie Wharton, brothers Terry Wharton and Danny Wharton, several aunts and uncles, and his beloved dog Andie.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Trailside Golf - 4813 S. US. Highway 35 Muncie, IN 47302, service will start at 5:00 P.M.
