Vonda H. Carter passed January 26, 2023, daughter of Donald and Carol Taulbee, born March 18, 1960. She attended Muncie Southside High School.

Vonda was a fun, loving person who enjoyed spending time with her family. She loved laughter and to be around her at any given time they would be laughing with her, her sense of humor made her very enjoyable company. She loved her family dearly and held her stepmother and nieces in very high regard Vonda loved and served the Lord Jesus Christ with the highest regard and her faith was steadfast without change. She would often encourage loved ones to share her faith with God, she will be sadly missed.

Vonda is survived by Stepmother Linda Taulbee, half-brother Aaron Taulbee (Brandi), nieces; Tasha Evans, Shawnna Evans, Darleina Evans, Kie Taulbee and Maranda Evans, nephews; Nick Taulbee, Daiden Taulbee, and Keyen Taulbee. Great-neices and nephews; Mayley Case, Zayda Foster, Zarah Foster, Alayah Harty, Gabe Harty, Marah Harty, Drake Evans, Dreyah Vance.

Vonda is preceded in death by, her parents Donald and Carol Taulbee, her husband of 27 years Duan Carter, sister Tina Taulbee-Evans.

There will not be any services per her request, laugh in her memory.
