On September 24, 2026, Wanda Crowder, 72, went to heaven to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ.

Wanda was born in Double Springs, Alabama, on July 27, 1954, to Irvin Adams and Gracie Adams. She was a graduate of Muncie Southside High School and took classes at Liberty University and Baptist Bible College.

Wanda was a kind and caring woman with a warm smile who loved playing the piano. Her optimistic nature gave encouragement to everyone around her. She was a devoted and loving wife and mother who will be sorely missed by her family.

Wanda is survived by her husband James Crowder; her sons Justin Crowder and Adam Crowder; her brothers George Adams and Glyn Adams; her sisters-in-law Ethelyn Adams and Diane Adams; her niece Tammy Adams; her nephew Mark Adams; and her six grandchildren Molly, Maisey, Josiah, Malachi, Ezekiel, and Amariah.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, October 24th from 2:00-5:00 at Grace Baptist Church, 6401 W. River Road in Muncie, Indiana.
