Alicia Marie (Hayes) Peercy, 40, of Muncie, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024. She was born on August 25, 1983, in Marion, IN to James Hayes and Vickie Alwine Maggard Brown. She graduated from Highland H.S. in 2001 and spent many years as a CNA. She loved the many patients she cared for and took great pride in working hard. Alicia was sweet, fun-loving, empathetic, and adventurous and will be very deeply missed.

She is survived by the loves of her life, her two sons Tyler (Aubreigh) Ellis and Jayden Peercy, her daughter Kaydence Peercy, and her first grandchild due this summer, Baby Ellis.  Also surviving are her parents Jim and Leigh Ann Hayes, Vickie Brown, and siblings Heather Bishop, Sarah (Richard) Saucedo, Elizabeth Cole, Andrea Hayes, Jake Clendenen, Daniel Hayes, and Emily (Konner) Arnett as well as several nieces and nephews. Also surviving is her significant other, Kyle Armstrong.

The family will have a private memorial time together and then a Celebration of Life Open House is planned for extended family and friends on Sat, May 25, at Mounds State Park from 1 to 4 pm.
