Arthur Eugene Richman, 75, passed away in the evening of November 3, 2024, at IU Ball Memorial Hospital, in Muncie, Indiana.  He was on January 1, 1949, in Vigo County, Indiana, the son of Neil and Esther Richman on January 1, 1949, in Vigo County Indiana.

Arthur graduated from Muncie Central High School, where he met the love of his life, Cathy Everist, and they were married after high school.  Arthur worked for Integrated Business System (IBS) as a repair technician, repairing copiers and type setting machines. 

Arthur was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.  He was known as a very patriotic person, who loved his country, watching the Colts, and spending time with his family.  He will always be remembered as the man who sat in his easy chair, with a candy dish near by for the grandchildren, and was a person who loved to have fun and “kid” around, especially with the grandchildren.  Arthur was a member of University Christian Church, of Muncie.

Survivors include his wife of fifty-four years, Cathy Richman, one daughter, Stacie Clevenger (Rob), grandchildren Austin, Allison, and Andrew Clevenger, and Madison Stanley, and one sister, Pam Vester. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Stephanie Stanley, and his father in-law, John Everist.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 PM on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Parson Mortuary, 801 W. Adams Street, Muncie, Indiana.  Friends may call on the family from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  Burial will follow at Beech Grove Cemetery, Muncie.  Pastor Steve Huddleston will officiate.
