Austin Clay Mulford

Austin Clay Mulford, 35, of Muncie, passed away at I.U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, June 14, 2022.  He was born in Muncie, IN on March 19, 1987, the son of Bradley C. and Connie I. (Hale) Mulford.   Austin attended Muncie Central High School and his interests included fishing, music, being outdoors, drawing, helping anyone in need, time at the Mulford family cottage in Wisconsin and being with friends and family.   He was a “Jack of all trades”, a talent for making old things look new and man of God.

Survivors include his father, Brad Mulford, his three children, Braylin, Leelin and Mylah Mulford, two sisters Stacie Bussell and Stephanie (McKinleyh) Owens, Maternal Grandmother Mary Hacker (Partner Mike McCammon).  Several other Aunts, Uncles, a Niece and several nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Connie Ilene Mulford, his twin brother, Collin Mulford, his Paternal Grandparents Richard and Gwen Mulford and his Maternal Grandfather Clinton Hale.

The family would like to express they’re thanks to I. U. Health Ball Memorial Hospital Staff for the exceptional care, respect and love shown each of them from the front desk and beyond.

Cremation is being done with a private family gathering at a later date.  Parson Mortuary Cremation Center is entrusted with these arrangements.
