Barbara June Erwin

Funeral services celebrating the life of Barbara June Erwin, 74 of Muncie, Indiana, will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Parson Mortuary and Cremation Center 801 West Adams Street, Muncie, Indiana. Officiating will be Pastor Wayne Dodson. Interment will follow in the Thompson Cemetery, Gaston, Indiana, under the direction of Parson Mortuary and Cremation Center, Muncie Indiana. 

 Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 11:00 am until service time at the funeral home.

  Those left to cherish her memories are her fiancé of 30 years Richard Jackson, daughter, Jackie Cooper, daughter Christine Martinez and husband Gary, son, Jerry Erwin, son, Richard Erwin and wife Jessica, daughter, Debra Smith, and special friend Aaron Strouse, brother, David Brinson and wife Martha, brother, Steve Brinson and wife Kathy, sister- in- law, Lynn Bender, 17 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. 

She is preceded in death by her father, Delbert Brinson, mother, Shirley Swoape Brinson, brother, Tom Bender, grandson, Storm Allen Smith, son in- law, Jeffery Smith, best friend Joyce Lee, and her dog Sissy.

  Barbara was a member of Parkview Pentecostal Church in Muncie, Indiana, she loved her family dearly, she loved to read her bible, fishing and being on the boat along with the outdoors was one her favorite things to enjoy, sketch art and paintings was her passion and loved to spend time doing those daily, she loved puzzles and word search also along with cooking meals for her family during the holidays. Her dog sissy she loved very much. 

  Pallbearers will be as follows, Damien Pyle, Christian Erwin, Richard Stewart, Joshua Erwin, Jacob Cooper, and Kiel Erwin.
