Betsy C. (Keesaer)Mills, 74, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2024 at the Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital surrounded by her children and husband.
Betsy was born on May 1, 1950 to Paul and Maxine (Huxhold) Keesaer and grew up in Redkey, Indiana. She moved to Albany where she remained after marrying her loving husband of 58 years on June, 1966.
Betsy is survived by her husband Dale Mills of Albany; three daughters, Clarisse Strine (Kenneth), Ft. Wayne, Tricia Hart, Albany and Eva Mattraw (Scott), Celina, Ohio; two sons, Chester Mills and Darrin Mills, both of Albany; eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; two brothers and three sisters.
Betsy was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers and one sister.
Betsy’s greatest love was her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be missed more than she could ever imagine possible.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 1, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. at Parson Mortuary with Pastor Chris Carter officiating. Cremation is to follow.
Friends may call at Parson Mortuary on Monday, July 1, 2024, from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
