Beverly Rose Dotson, 94, passed away at Glen Oaks Health Campus on April 16,2026, in New Castle, Indiana.  Beverly was born on July 24, 1931, in Cadiz, Indiana, the daughter of Chester and Margaret (Davis) McGee.

Following high school, she worked for Crider’s Drive Inn.  She met and later married the love of her life, Robert Dotson 

Beverly was a loving mother and wife who was quite the social butterfly.  She liked going on cruises and spending time on the water.  She enjoyed going to flea markets, getting her hair done, and dressing up for special occasions.  Beverly also loved to spend time in her yard, feeding the birds and rabbits. 

She leaves behind her children,  David Morgan (Dinah), Joseph Morgan (Lisa ), and Margaret Hobbs,  nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Robert W. Dotson, and two children, Michael Morgan and Dan Morgan, and her siblings, Paul, Lee, and Mary.

Services will be held at Parson Mortuary, 801 W. Adams Street, Muncie, Indiana, on Friday, April 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM.  Visitation will be on the day of the service from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.  Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Cemetery.  Pastor Rusty Clements will officiate.
