Carol Joanne Marlow, 74, of Muncie, Indiana, passed away on September 4, 2025, at Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital.
She was born on July 1, 1951, in Muncie, Indiana, to Earl and Theresa (West) Cox.
Carol was known for her spunky spirit, her love of bingo, and her lively personality. She had a knack for cooking and a deep love for her grandchildren. She enjoyed being part of the conversation—especially when it came to the latest gossip—and had a warmth that brought people together.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Robin Huffman (David); her grandchildren: Alexander and Zachary Huffman, Nicholas Killinen, and Nona Lacy (Ryan); great-granddaughter Raven Huffman, her sister Sara "Susie" Himes (John); daughter-in-law Theresa Marlow; her dear friend who was like a brother, Tim West (Rita); and her cherished puppy, Lulu.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; her son, William Marlow; and her brothers: Bill, Carl, Kenny, Phil, and Robert Cox.
Carol’s lively spirit, sense of humor, and deep love for family will be missed by all who knew her.
A graveside service will be held at Elm Ridge Memorial Park on Friday, September 12, 2025 at 2:30 p.m.
