Caroline Bysterzycki

Caroline Faye Bysterzycki, 72, of Chesterfield, Indiana, went home to be with the Lord on December 11, 2024. She was born on April 9, 1952, in Prescott, Arizona, to Fred and Ilene (Cover) Gilley.

Caroline had a passion for remodeling and redoing her home, creating a space filled with warmth and love. She enjoyed feeding the birds and cherished the companionship of her dog, Quila. A devoted caregiver, Caroline worked as a nurse and found great joy in helping others. Above all, she loved spending time with her son, Jimmy, and her grandsons, Greg and Robert Newman.

Caroline is survived by her son, Jimmy (Orlando); grandsons, Greg and Robert Newman; her five sisters; and numerous extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Mike Dickson; and her son, Shane.

Caroline’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed, but her legacy of kindness, compassion, and love will never be forgotten.
