Chandra Sue (Jones) Giuffre, passed away March 22, 2026, peacefully, in Ft Wayne, after a brief Illness. Chandra was born on November 29, 1972, in Muncie, Indiana, to Charles and Rita (Arthur)Jones. From the very beginning, she carried a light that could not be dimmed. With contagious laughter, her kindness, and presence were unforgettable.
Chandra was a member of Job’s Daughters and a dedicated ten-year 4H member. She graduated from Wapahani High School in 1991 and went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree from Ball State University in 1995. She later completed her MBA at Anderson University in 2012, a testament to her determination and love of learning.
Chandra married her soulmate, Mark, beginning a 22-year love story marked by deep devotion and partnership. Together, they welcomed their son, Dayton, who was the greatest joy of her life. Chandra delighted in being his mother and shared her pride with anyone who would listen.
Chandra’s professional life in the supply chain field allowed her to work at Honeywell, Jarden Home Brands, Alfa Laval, Ketter, and GKN Aerospace. She left a lasting impression, not just through her skill and dedication, but through her warmth, humor, and ability to truly connect with others.
Outside of work, Chandra lived life with vibrant enthusiasm. She found joy in line dancing, creativity in crocheting, and delight in the simple, whimsical things she liked to collect. Her home was filled with love, laughter, and the companionship of her cherished cats. She was an adventurer at heart.
Above all, Chandra was a woman of deep faith. She loved the Lord and lived out that faith each day.
She leaves behind her devoted husband, Mark; her beloved son, Dayton of Arizona; her mother, Rita of Parker City; her sisters, Debbie (Rick) Anderson of Daleville, Brenda of Parker City; and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind a church family who will forever cherish her. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles” Butch” Jones.
A celebration of Chandra’s life will be held on April 2, 2026, from 4-6 PM at Selma Christ Global Methodist Church, 9805 East Jackson Street, Selma, Indiana, with services following at 6 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Kingdom Church (PO Box 659, Frankton, Indiana 46044), honoring her generous and giving spirit.
