Charles Randolph

Charles Randolph, Jr.,54, left for his heavenly home early Tuesday morning, August 22, 2023, at his residence following an extended illness.  He was born on July 17, 1969, in Muncie the son of Earl & May Miller.

Charles graduated from Southside High School in 1987 and later married the love of his life, Tonia Ann (Pearson) Randolph on October 10, 2020, and she survives.   They were high school sweethearts and separated and reconnected again finally in 2016.  Tonia had taken excellent care of him during his time of convalescence.   Mr. Randolph worked in construction and became the Project Manager of D. B. Quality Construction now known as All Quality Construction for the last 9 years of his working life.  He had also worked for A-1 Heating & Cooling, and Straight Edge Construction, prior to his last position.  He enjoyed traveling, and he was able to take his dream vacation in February to Las Vegas, Nevada.  He also enjoyed golfing and fishing. 

Besides his wife of three years, Tonia, he is survived by his parents Earl & May Miller; 1 sister, Lisa Randolph; 1 brother, Tom Miller (Barrie Props); 1 step sister, Patty Davis (Jimmy); 2 stepdaughters, Cherish Stump and Taryn Rigney(Gordon); 1 Granddaughter, Kinsley Randolph; 3 Grandsons, Alex Stump, Easton Rigney, and Barrett Rigney; 2 Aunts, Vickie Ferrell (Douglas) and Sharon Schmidt (Ronald); 1 uncle, Charles Miller, Sr.; 2 nieces, Susan White (Jefferey) and Ariana Miller; 3 nephews, Blake Miller, Devon Davis (Rachel) and Tyler Davis (Tracey); Best Friends, Dejuan & Angel Branson and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by Charles Randolph, Sr.; maternal grandparents, Homer & Ellen Campbell; a special grandmother, Nancy South; his son, Michael Randolph; 2 aunts, Mary Warfel and Susie Hicks; 3 uncles, Mick Warfel, John Campbell, and Raymond Campbell.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023, at 1:00 P.M. at Parson Mortuary with Pastor Dennis Trimble officiating.  Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call at Parson Mortuary on Monday, August 28, 2023, from 11:30 A.M. until the time of service.
