Christopher Burris Obituary
Christopher Lee Burris, 34, passed away Tuesday afternoon, July 14, 2020, at the Community East Hospital following a brief illness. He was born on August 1, 1985 in Muncie the son of Luther “Eddie” and Lavonda (Hayes) Burris.
Christopher attended Southside High School and later worked for McDonald’s for a few years prior to his disability. He enjoyed fishing, drawing and doing art work.
He is survived by his father Luther Burris, Muncie; 1 sister, Jessica Campbell, Mt. Summit; 1 niece, Kalila Campbell, Selma; 1 nephew, Stephen Drinkard, Muncie; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Lavonda and his brother, Jamie Dale Burris in 2017.
Funeral services will be held at Parson Mortuary on Thursday, July 23, 2020, 1:00 P.M. Cremation is to follow.
