Cillis Ann Campbell, 74, of Gaston, Indiana, passed away on March 29, 2025. She was born on October 21, 1950, in Somerset, Kentucky, to Lestie (Troxtell) New.

Cillis was known for her strong work ethic and was always regarded as a hard worker. She enjoyed knitting and treasured spending time as a homebody after a long day at work. Her fondest memories were of visiting family in Kentucky. During the Christmas season, Cillis delighted in making candies to share with loved ones.

Cillis is survived by her son, William Campbell; her granddaughter, Martina Campbell; and her brother, Bill New.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings: Linda, Faye, and Floyd.

Funeral services will be held at Parson Mortuary on Monday, April 7, 2025. Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., with the service starting at 7:00 p.m. The family would like to thank everyone for their support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to honor Cillis’ memory may make donations to breast cancer research or Wheeler Mission.
