Connie Jean Beal, 65, went to be with the Lord on May 24, 2026. Surrounded by her family at Ball Memorial Hospital after an extended illness. Connie was born on September 15, 1960, to Rollie Guy Beal and Ima Jean Beal in Muncie, IN. She attended local schools and graduated from Muncie Southside in 1978.
Connie worked at the Marion VA hospital for 35 years before retiring in 2021. She was president of the American Legion in Marion, IN, for a few years. She was an awesome friend, aunt, and sister. She was outgoing and liked going out with her friends. She attended River of Life in Muncie and loved the lord with all her heart.
Connie is survived by five sisters, Lawerence Thorpe, Sharon Ingram (Roy), Jodie Duncan, Lisa Brown (Charles), and Bonnie Kimbrough; two brothers, David Beal and Scott Duncan; and many nieces and nephews.
Connie is preceded in death by her father, Rollie G. Beal, birth mom Ima Jean Beal, and mother, Vera T. Reading Beal, two brothers, Rodney G. Duncan and Larry Duncan, and one sister, Cydna Morris.
Viewing will be on Friday, May 29, 2026, at Parsons Mortuary, family will call from 1-2. Regular visitation will be from 2-4, with cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donate money to your local Am Vets to support Veterans.
