Damon Michael Duffy passed away at home on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at the age of 53.

Damon was 100% Generation X: raised on hose water, kick the can, Chinese throwing stars, and Atari. He became an expert at cheating death and enjoyed bow hunting and camping. He spent several years providing 24//7 care to his grandmother Lucille Rowland Smith, bringing plenty of laughter to her twilight years. He was best-friended by a menagerie of cats and dogs and kept the ashes of his beloved Max near him until his own death.

He never married and had no children, but was loved by many close and loyal friends that he viewed as family.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Cheryl Duffy, and his father Michael Duffy. He leaves behind a niece, Stella, brother-in-law Caleb Williams, and his sister Dana Duffy Williams, who only told him she loved him a few times, but he knew. He will be remembered fondly and missed.
