Deborah Kay (Wright) Osborn

Muncie- Deborah Osborn, 71, peacefully passed on Thursday evening, August 17, 2023, at Bethel Point Health and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by her Children.  She was born on January 29, 1952, in Muncie the daughter of William Wright and Frances (Shimer) Ridge.

Deborah attended Southside High School and later married the love of her life, Robert “Bob” Osborn on February 11, 1974, in Richmond, Indiana, and he survives.  Debbie had worked for Marsh Advertising and later became part owner and operator of the Liberty Bowl where she also worked administrative duties.  She was an avid bowler and enjoyed Euchre clubs however what she enjoyed the most was family times with her children and grandchildren, especially around the holidays and birthdays.

Besides her loving and devoted husband of 49 years, Bob, she is also survived by 3 daughters, Lucinda Martorano (Peter), South Bend, Toni Osborn, and Brandi Dobbs (Jeremi), both of Muncie, 1 son, Christopher Osborn (Ty), Muncie; 11 grandchildren, Gabbi, Aaron, Myles, Constance, Athena, Kanada, Alexiss, Joston, Aubrey, Haidyn, and Layton; 1 sister, Joy Pitre (Kirk), Huntsville, Texas, 1 brother, Tim Ford of Johnstown, CO; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Bill Wright, and Vernon Lee Ford; 1 sister, Lucinda Wright.

Cremation is being done with a celebration of life held on September 9, 2023, from 1 pm-4 pm at the Eagle Lodge,1414 S. Batavia Ave., Muncie, IN.  Parson Mortuary Cremation Center is entrusted with these arrangements.
