Dewey Dale Caldwell, 58, passed from this life, Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at his residence following an extended illness.  He was born on September 7, 1966 in Chicago, Illinois the son of William Caldwell and Barbara (Ditton) Caldwell-Noel.

Dewey graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1984 and eventually graduated from Somerset College in Somerset, Kentucky, and later married the love of his life, Levona (Gibson) Caldwell on January 1, 1991 in Muncie and she survives.  Mr.  Caldwell had worked for as  a Licensed Plumber for advanced maintenance for several years eventually doing freelance plumbing work for individuals  years

Besides his wife of 33 years, Levona, he is also survived by his children, Lindsey Gibson, Muncie and James Caldwell, Marion; five grandchildren, Seth, Denzil, Dylan, Ayden, and Isaac; three brothers, Devon Wake, and Jeff Ditton (Marsha), both of Muncie and Billy Caldwell, Illinois; several nieces and nephew.

Cremation has been chosen with a private family gathering at a later date.  Parson Mortuary Cremation Center is entrusted with these arrangements.
