Obituary

Dustin was born into this world on September 25, 1983, the son of Catherine Michelle (Hufford) Pohl and Brion A. Pohl.
Even as a small child, Dustin enjoyed everything outdoors with his dad. He attended Daleville schools up until 1998, when they up and moved to Union City, IN.
Dustin loved playing baseball and basketball; he played baseball in Daleville for Rees Insurance. Dustin enjoyed spending time with his sister Samantha and niece Callie, he was loved by everyone. He also liked watching sports and was addicted to the Dan Patrick Show. He could make anyone laugh with his jokes, along with his sense of humor, loved his niece Callie, and loved watching her play sports while also talking about football, basketball, and shoes.  He graduated from Union City High School in 2002 upon which time his father took him on the road to be a pipe liner. After being away from home for a bit he decided to go back to Union City. He started working for different establishments until being a pipe liner was what was calling him. He continued working with his dad until 2016 when medical issues decided it was better for him to stay home in Muncie. As hard as it was for his father to leave him at home it was for the best, (he was one heck of a construction worker.)
His mother started to travel with his father, so Dustin said he would take care of the homestead. When his parents came home it was a joy unknown to anyone, we loved seeing him, and him us. Life on the road is not easy but that is what his father has done all his life (It is rough but the family never struggled for anything.) If there was anything to do around the homestead Dustin was always there to help his parents. He took good care of the place while they were away. His mother was his best friend, they will have a bond to keep them together for a lifetime.
Surviving Dustin; parents, Cathy and Brion, sister, Samantha (Alec), niece Callie Jo., grandparent Judy Pohl, uncles, Tony (Tammy) Pohl, Howard Pohl, Chadd Pohl (Rachel), godmother, Lisa Schmitt, best friends, Aaron, Tyler, Tim, Doc (Jason), Jason Rees, and special friend Brittany, great aunt, Jo Ellen Moore, great uncle, Roger Pratt.
