Emilie (Monroe) Grayson

Emilie Grayson, 80, passed away Sunday January 21, 2018, at Muncie Signature Healthcare. Mrs. Grayson was born April 27, 1937, in Muncie, to Florence and George Monroe.

Emilie attended schools in Indiana graduating from Royerton High School in 1954.

Survivors include: Three sons; Gene Tweedy (Sheila Tweedy), Muncie; Tom Chandler (wife, Sherry), Surprise, Arizona; Steve Tweedy (wife, Deanna), Yorktown; One Sister; Jeanie Monroe. Mrs. Grayson had seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She had been employed at several retail centers, working over twenty years for Wise Grocery stores until retirement.

Her parents, six brothers, and five sisters preceded Emilie in death.

Funeral services will take place at Parson Mortuary, 801 West Adams Street, Muncie, Indiana on Thursday, January 25, 2018, at 1:00 pm with Pastor Luke Kelley officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.

Friends may call at Parson Mortuary from 11:00 am until service time on Thursday, January 25th, 2018.
