Gary Martin Geis, 70, left this life on Monday, December 11, 2023, at his residence following an extended illness.  He was born on September 23, 1953, in Connersville, the son of Paul Martin and Kathryn Viola (Kenmuir) Geis.

Gary graduated from Lincoln High School in Cambridge City, Indiana 1971, and later became a self-employed Carpenter specializing in Drywall and roofing.  He was an avid motorcycle enthusiast especially concerning the Harley Davidson Brand.  In recent years he also could be seen on motor scooters as he physically found it difficult to ride his Harley.

Survivors include his companion of over 20 years, Janet Webb, Muncie; four sisters, Phyllis Reisert (Randy), Cambridge City, Alyce Geis, Centerville, Paula Hughes, Bossier City, Louisiana and Virginia Geis, Richmond, Indiana; Several nieces and nephews; several grand-nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Amy Bates in 2011.

Cremation has been chosen with a private family gathering at a later date.   Parson Mortuary Cremation Center is entrusted with these arrangements.
