Juanita Fay Blevins, 70, went to her heavenly home on October 17, 2024.  Juanita was born on February 26, 1954, the daughter of Porter and Neva (Kennedy) Piercy, in Jamestown, Tennessee.

Following graduation, Juanita had worked for City Machine, but her true calling was that of a loving wife, mother and grandmother.  She was a faithful Baptist woman, having been a member of both the Jackson Park and Bible Baptist churches in Muncie.  She had a genuine love of the old hymns and reading her bible.  Her family would often to go her for spiritual guidance.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son Delmar Blevins II, grandchildren, Sebastion and Whitney Blevins, and Bryce Nelson, brothers, Clayton Piercy, and Arthur Piercy (Joan), and a sister, Mary Keesling (Brian).  In addition, nieces, Rossana Puckett, Madonna Royer, and Jennifer Novack, and nephew, Steve Woody, as well as several nieces, newphews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 28 years, Delmar Blevins, her parents, two sisters, Leotta Woody and Letha Piercy, and a brother, Ronnie Piercy.

There will be a graveside service held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Beech Grove Cemetery.
