Yorktown - June D. Davis, 64, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at I.U. Ball Memorial Hospital, ER. She was born on June 25, 1953 in Portland, Indiana to Kenneth and Pauline Davis. June worked at the former Ross Super Market in Yorktown until its closing and most recently in dietary services at The Yorktown Manor.
June was a very unique individual and will be missed by many.
Survivors include her daughter, Danielle Davis and “adopted daughter” Lauren Walker, both of Orlando, Florida; Two Sisters; Betty Williams (Dave) and Patty Privett, both of Yorktown; Special Friend, Linda Dickerson, Yorktown; Four Nephews; Derrick Williams (Katy) Fishers Indiana, Dennis Williams (Paige) Lexington Kentucky, Brian Privett (Kristin) and Nathan Privett, both of Yorktown; One Niece; Angie Ippel (Erik) Yorktown, and several great nephews and nieces and relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and one brother-in-law, Bruce Privett.
At the end of her life, she gave life to others by being an organ donor.
Cremation has taken place. There will be a family memorial.
