Infant Kamm Jalann Herron, four months old, passed away Sunday afternoon, May 27, 2018, at the Indiana University Ball Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. He was born on January 14, 2018 in Muncie, the son of Kevin and Sara (Quate) Herron.
Survivors include three sisters, Kachtiana Quate and Khloe Herron, both of Muncie and Kayla Rutledge, Indianapolis; four brothers, Kitorian Quate , Kyriece Herron and Kash Herron all of Muncie and Kadrionis Rutledge, Indianapolis; maternal grandfather, Mark Quate (Penny), Muncie; maternal uncle, Mark Quate , Jr. Muncie; paternal aunt, Cecelia (Jelani) Ross, Colorado; cousins, Deidra Cook, Zacchaeus Martin, and King DaCariy'a Cook.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Brenda Quate and his paternal grandparents, Leon Henderson and Margo Herron, a brother Silas Ward, and a cousin Issac Quate.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 4, 2018, 1:00 P.M. at the College Avenue United Methodist Church located at 1968 W. Main St. Muncie, IN 47303 with Pastor Lisa Schubert Nowling officiating. Burial will follow at the Beech Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at the College Avenue United Methodist Church on Monday, June 4, 2018, from 11:00 A.M. until service time.
