Kathy June Vitatoe

Graveside services celebrating the life of Kathy June Vitatoe will be held Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Beech Grove Cemetery at 1400 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Indiana. Officiating will be Bro. James Oliver McCowan, internment will follow in the Beech Grove Cemetery, Muncie Indiana, under the direction of Parson Mortuary and Cremation Center, Muncie Indiana.

Visitation for friends will be held Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at Parson Mortuary and Cremation Center 801 West Adams Street Muncie Indiana from 11:30 am until 12:30 pm.

Those left to cherish her memories include daughter Shannon Shortridge and husband Thomas, one brother, Jeffery Branham, 2 nieces, Amber King, Amanda King, 2 nephews, Jeffery Branham Jr., Dustin Kelley, along with numerous great nieces, great nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Those preceded her in death include, father, Merkle Branham, mother, Wanda Vitatoe Branhan, and other relatives and friends.

Kathy June Vitatoe was born on Tuesday, December 14, 1954 and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at the age of 66 in Muncie, Indiana. Kathy was a member of Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church in Muncie for many years and loved to worship the Lord, she loved her family dearly, she was a nurse’s aid and loved to help people, reading her bible daily was important to her, loved walking and riding all the city buses and knowing all the bus drivers she did not know a stranger, she will be deeply missed by all.
