Kelly Jo Nelson, 45, passed away on February 21, 2024. Born on September 30, 1978, the daughter of Betty D. (Vance) Neeley.
Kelly loved being around people, especially her children and family. She was creative and enjoyed drawing and coloring.
Kelly is survived by her husband Jeremiah Nelson, children Kayla Wethern (James), Kara, and Joey Nelson, her sister Amber Barker (Clint), grandchildren; Isabelle and Elijah Wethern, her nephew Devon Bertram, and her niece Brayanna Barker.
She is preceded by her parents Richard and Betty Neeley, her daughter Elizabeth Nelson, grandparents Clara and Jerry Daniel, her aunt Tina Wilson, and her uncle John Daniel.
