Linda Marie Raines, 73, passed away on October 8, 2025, at IU Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana.  She was born in Munce to Ray and Lucina Hall of Parker City, Indiana, on May 24th, 1952.

Linda graduated from Monroe Central High School in 1970 and later graduated from House of James Cosmetology.  She practiced her trade as a cosmetologist for many years. Linda loved cooking, shopping, romantic movies, and spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her son, Christopher Perry; her daughter, Wendy Perry (Hancock), husband Donald Hancock, stepson Mark Raines, her sister Cathy Wilson, husband Gary Wilson, grandchildren, Tara Miller, Brook Perry, Jordan Perry, and 13 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by both her parents and grandparents, her firstborn grandson, Christopher Jordan Perry (Bub).  

A Memorial Service will be held at Muncie First Church of the Nazarene on October 14th at 4:00 PM.  Calling hours will be from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.   There will be a meal following the service.
