Lynn Ruddick, 63, passed away early Saturday morning, November 13, 2021, at the Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital following a brief illness. She was born on February 10, 1958 in Cheverly, Maryland the daughter of William and Lillian (Malinak) Poland.
Lynn had graduated from High School in Maryland in 1977 and later worked for the Keihin Manufacturing Corporation as a machine operator for several years prior to her disability. She was a big fan of Elvis Presley and collected all kinds of memorabilia. Ms. Ruddick was known to be a hard worker and cherished the times that she could spend with her family especially the Holidays and family dinners together.
Survivors include one daughter, Melissa Alverez (Max), Muncie; one son, Jeremy Ruddick, Muncie; three grandchildren, Kaiden Hernandez, Melina Alverez and Gabriella Alverez, all of Muncie; one sister, Laraine Holland, (Robert), Chico, Texas; two brothers, Billy Poland (Elaine), Hollywood, Maryland and Craig Poland (Nancy), Baltimore, Maryland; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation has been chosen with a private family gathering at a later date. Parson Mortuary Cremation Center is entrusted with these arrangements.
