Marcia (Monnett) Campbell, age 91, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2025, in Muncie. She was born on May 22, 1934, in Greencastle, Indiana. 

Marcia was preceded in death by her childhood sweetheart and husband of 66 years, Jerry “Jiggs” Campbell, in 2017, and a daughter, Linda (Ronald) Quertermous in 2020. She is survived by her children, Vicky (Chuck) Sparks of Bloomington; Bruce (Kim) Campbell of Muncie; Mark (Tom Coker) Campbell of Cuenca, Ecuador; Dale (Denisse) Campbell of Lake Alfred, Florida; 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her younger brother, Keith Monnett of Greencastle.

Marcia was known to be highly organized and house-proud. Her home was always well decorated and immaculately clean. It was a common occurrence for passersby and complete strangers to ask for a tour of her antique-filled home. In addition to her antique collection, she also enjoyed reading and keeping an eye on her neighborhood of nearly 70 years.

Funeral services will be on Thursday at 12:30 at Parson Mortuary, 801 W. Adams Street, Muncie, Indiana, with Rev. Fran Bullock officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 11:30 - 12:30 p.m. Burial will immediately follow at the historic Beech Grove Cemetery.
