Mark Anthony Roberts, 62, passed away on March 3, 2025, at Signature Healthcare in Muncie, Indiana.  Mark was born on November 26, 1962, in Muncie, the son of Dave and Geneva (Lewis) Roberts.

Mark graduated from Muncie Central high school.  He went on to work at Markley Cattle Company of Albany, Indiana as a Cattleman, or what most people would call a Cowboy.  Mark was hard working and dependable and gained the trust, and more importantly, the friendship of his boss, Dave Markley. 

Mark was known as everybody’s brother, uncle, cousin and friend.  The community was his family in many ways he would always do his best to take care of those around him.   He had particularly soft place in his heart for his nieces and nephews. 

Mark is survived by his siblings, Gwen Mansfield (Julius), Eric Roberts, Kevin Roberts, Sherry Lynn Roberts, Teresa Kay Roberts, and Joyce Roberts, Special nephews Daniel Lavar Ivy, Austin Roberts, and Eric “Doodle” Erby.  In addition, he leaves behind his best friends Dave Markley and Rodney Springer

Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Dave and Geneva Roberts, siblings, Virginia Gail Lewis, Carl Edward Lewis, Charles Lewis, and David Eugene Roberts.  Aunts and Uncles Mr. and Mrs. Otis Black, Mr. and Mrs. RC Lewis and Johnny Grinstead and maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hulm

A memorial service will be held on Monday March 10, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Parson Mortuary, 801 W. Adams Street, Muncie, Indiana.  Friends may call on the family from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
