Mary W. (Mooneyhan) Mooneyhan

Mary Mooneyhan, 78, went to be with her Lord and Savior Monday December 21, 2020 following a brief illness.  She was born on August 9, 1942, in McMinnville, Tennessee the daughter of Jodie B. and Goldie G. (Heatherly) Mooneyhan.

Mary graduated from Central High School in 1961 and later became a Certified Public Accountant but always felt drawn more toward home health care.  She became the home health caregiver for many through out the Muncie area for approximately 30 years prior to her retirement.  She enjoyed doing crafts and painting but, mostly, she treasured the times she could be with her family!

Survivors include one daughter, Anna M. Jackson, Muncie; 14 grand and great grandchildren; 2 special nephews, Theodore “Ted” W. Mooneyhan (Rita) and John Mooneyhan (Denise), both of Muncie; several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by one daughter, Michelle R. Jackson; her parents; two brothers, Ray T. Mooneyhan Sr. and John R. Mooneyhan; one sister, Betty J. Melton.

Cremation is being done.  Parson Mortuary Cremation Center is entrusted with the arrangements.
