Matthew Allen Dunn

Matthew Allen Dunn, 47 of Muncie, passed away November 30, 2023, in Muncie. He was born March 18, 1976, to Albert Leon and Tina Anne (Hankins) Dunn. He married Mary (Mowbray-Gonterman) Dunn on July 14, 2018, and she survives. Matthew enjoyed spending time with his family, hiking on trails, fishing, and video games. He was always listening to music.  

In addition to his wife, Mary, he is survived by his father, Albert Leon (Lisa) Dunn; grandmother, Linda Hankins; children, Taylor Dunn, Everette (Madyson) Dunn, Nathaniel (Chasie) Dunn, Izaiah Dunn, Nate Gonterman, Michael Dunn, Kayanna Dunn, and Alayna Gonterman; brother, Peter (Kaitlyn) Dunn, and sister, Tessa (Michael) Bussberg; grandchildren, Ryder Dunn, Rowan Dunn, and Peyton Dunn. He will also be missed by several nieces and nephews.  

Matthew is preceded in death by his mother, Tina Dunn, and sister, Chasity Grimme.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 10, 2023, from 4-7 PM at Muncie Elks - 909 N. Co Rd 500 W., Muncie, IN 47304. All family and friends are welcome to attend.
