Melinda "Mindy" (Crisp) Duncan

Muncie: Melinda “Mindy” (Crisp) Duncan passed away on Tuesday morning October 5, 2021 at her residence. Mindy was born on Sunday April 7, 1984 to Michael Crisp and Jennifer Pfohl in Muncie Indiana. She married the love of her life Chester Duncan in 2008 and he survives. She earned a Degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse and recently had a business, Color Street, but her true career and calling was being a great mother to her six daughters. 

Surviving her are her Husband Chester; six daughters, Allanna, Carlee, Hailey, Alyssa, Lexie and Annie Duncan; granddaughter Awesome Dawn; parents Jennifer (Mike) Pfohl and Michael Crisp; mother-in-law Debbie Duncan; grandfather Larry Lee; brother Mikey (Samantha) Crisp and nephews Michael and Ethan Crisp; aunts Sue (Kelly) Cook, Shelly (Mark) Teal and 4 cousins.

Mindy’s father-in-law Danny Duncan; grandmother Julia Lee, grandparents Roman and Bennie Mae Crisp and aunt Debbie Lee preceded her in passing.

Funeral services will be held at Oakville First Brethren Church on Saturday October 9, 2021 at 12:00 pm with Pastor John Garrett officiating. Friends may call at the church from 10:00 am until the start of the service. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Springport Indiana.
