Michele Marie (Barr) St. John, 72 passed away on June 23, 2025.  Michele was born March 7, 1953 in Muncie, Indiana the daughter of the late Henry P and Helen (Holland) Barr.

 After completing high school at Delta, Michele worked many years in Management at Speedway and Circle K Stations.  In 1992 she met and married the love of her life Thomas St. John and moved to Albany where she eventually went to work for the Town of Albany as the Water Superintendent for 24 years.

Michele’s passion was to always be a help to others.  She loved transforming her house into a home, and incorporating her love of Wolves into her home.  She enjoyed driving the Hummer, and riding her Harley.  Michele will sincerely be missed by many.

Michele is survived by her loving husband of 33 years, Thomas; sister, Debbie Hurley (husband Larry), special friend, Felina Fryburger (husband Rick),  grandsons, Kolton Crutcher, Chance McConnell, Tristen Harmon (Solaris Jenkins) sisters-in-law, Billie St. John, Jeri (St. John) Reynolds, (husband Dan); niece, Cari (Hall) Ray (husband Danny) several daughters-in-law; multiple nieces and nephews; a special group of Classmates she stayed in contact with; and Joee and Bilee fur kids (dogs).  She was preceded in death by her parents; Son, Christopher Andrew Harmon; brother, Michael Barr; sister, Patty Barr; In-laws, James C. St. John (wife Norma Cowley St. John); and sister-in-law, Jenny St. John.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 1 to 3 PM at Albany United Methodist Church Youth building 125 N. Broadway St. Albany, IN.
