Mildred "Milly" M Beeson passed away at her home on March 5, 2026, with her loving niece, Amber, by her side. Milly was born June 25, 1942, to Steve and Lela Woody in Muncie, IN.
She married Ronald Beeson, and together they owned Western World, DX gas station, and several other businesses before moving to Florida, where they owned and operated Western Gentleman Trailers in Dundee.
Milly was an avid bowler and loved spending time with family and friends. She moved back to Indiana to live with her sister, Brenda, and be with her family before her devastating cancer diagnosis. While in Indiana, she lived her life to the fullest by spending her days with her brothers and sisters, going to the casino, thrift stores, and garage sales.
Milly moved to her final home in January 2026, where she was cared for and pampered by her niece, Amber Reynard, and husband Joe Reynard, great niece Annabelle Cummins, boyfriend Brock, great nephew Ashe Wilson, and her great, great niece Dylan Cummins "Dr. Dilly".
Milly spent her final days with family by her side, singing and talking about the good old days. She was really looking forward to the arrival of baby Milly, who was born on March 8, 2026. Milly will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
Milly is survived by her sons Philip Beeson (Amber), Richard Beeson (Christa), daughters Ronda Beeson and Danielle Tanner (Larry), Brother Larry Woody (Bev), sisters Brenda Wright, Cindy Haste (Ronnie), Lesa Cox, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, and her best friend Shirl Quinn.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Ronald Beeson, parents Steve and Lela Woody, Brothers Ronnie Woody, Carlin Woody, Barney Woody, Steve Woody, and sister Linda Storie.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Pastor James McCowan and Marsha Ditton (Jeff) for visiting Milly in her final days, and to Heart to Heart Hospice (Marion), Rina, Kayla, Chaplain Turner, Jennifer, Taylor, and especially David for being there until the very end.
A celebration of life will be hosted by Amber Reynard at a later date.
