Paul Howard Gulley

Paul H. Gulley, 82, of Muncie, peacefully entered the arms of his savior on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.  He was born in Flemingsburg, Kentucky, on April 10, 1943, to Jesse R. and Mary (Smalley) Gulley.

Paul married Wanda (Craft) Gulley on March 8, 1976. He worked galvanizing steel for Witt Industries before retiring. Paul loved his family fiercely and enjoyed family time, his animals, Nascar, fishing, and drag racing. 

Paul is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Wanda; children Doug (Lori) Gulley, Tammy (Lance) Lofton, and Michael (Monica) Miller; daughter-in-law, Anita Gulley, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, along with numerous extended family members and friends.

In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his siblings, Vivian Aline Sellers, Alma "Cricket" Muse, Mamie Swim, Bea Rice, Redia Helphenstine, Flora Rice, Naomi Beckett, Fredia Hllterbrand, Tommy Gulley, Bill Gulley, Elmer Gulley, Tracy Gulley, and Nina Hopper; and his children Jeff Gulley and Martha Dunaway.

A private service will be held at a later date. Paul’s care was entrusted to Parson Mortuary and Cremation Center.
