Peggy Sue Meadows, 58, of Muncie, IN, passed away on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at IU Health University Hospital after an extended battle with cancer.  She was born on April 19, 1967, in Muncie, IN, to David J. Parks and Carolyn R. (Essex) Robertson. 

She loved to crochet, read, and watch movies on Hallmark and Lifetime. She also loved making homemade candy around the holidays as well as spending time with her family, especially her three grandchildren. 

Peggy is survived by her son Jack Meadows Jr., 3 grandchildren; Rachel, Everly, and Oakley Meadows, 9 brothers and sisters; Barbie Longefellow (Carl), David Parks I (Lydia), Brenda Noble, Jerry Parks (Bridgette), Michelle Parks, Teresa Underhill, Rachel Reemer, Angel Parks, Brandy Parks, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Peggy is preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn Robertson; father, David J. Parks; step-father, Richard Robertson; both sets of grandparents, Margaret and David Earl Parks; and Della and JB Essex; nephew, David J. Parks III. 

There will be a celebration of life held at a later date and time.
