Ray Fredrick Greer, 70, went to join The Lord unexpectedly at his residence on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. He was born in Muncie on November 2, 1952, the son of John and Lorine (Aul) Greer. Eventually, he married Patricia (Williams) Greer on June 4, 1995, in Daleville and she preceded him in death. He was a member of Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church where he enjoyed singing. He also enjoyed scrapping and going to flea markets, auctions, and yard sales. He knew no one as a stranger, he loved to talk. He would talk for hours if you had time to listen. He loved his dog Elsa who became his constant companion after losing his wife.
He is survived by his three children, Tracy Loser (Ronnie), Stacy Markwell, and Larry Greer (fiancé-Marlena); three sisters, Judy Lipscomb, Liz Isenberg, and Rita Pucket; six grandchildren, Kaylee, Meghan, Caitlin, Nick, Lindsey, and Rodney; fourteen great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews, Shawn, Sarah, Missy, and Mindy, David, Adam, and Russell.
