Robert E. Harless

Robert Eugene Harless, 83, of Muncie, Indiana, passed away on April 18, 2025. He was born on February 8, 1942, in Muncie to Marion Harless and Mary Mays.

Robert lived an active and adventurous life. He enjoyed riding motorcycles, scuba diving, walking, and golfing in his free time. He retired from Delco Remy after 30 years of dedicated service and proudly served in the U.S. Army for two years. Robert cherished time spent with family and friends, and his presence will be deeply missed by those who knew him.

He is survived by his sister, Dolores Fowler; brother, Donald Harless (Florance); his best friend, Pamela Sturgeon; close friend, Phil Reynolds; and his nephew, Craig Fulk (Karen).

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Tabor Cemetery, (off S CR 388 E Muncie IN) with Jimmy Williams officiating.
