Robert (Bob) Ernest Williams, age 59, passed away on Monday, September 30, 2024, at his home in Ridgeville with his wife, Sharon by his side.  He was born March 24th, 1965, in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Robert (RED) and Patricia (Shealer) Williams. He married Sharon Adams on September 29, 1985.

Bob is survived by his wife of 39 years, Sharon, his children – Jason McDaniel, Joshua McDaniel, Priscilla McDaniel, Elizabeth (Jeremiah) Fields, Emily (Vince) Barker, Robert R Williams, his sister Paula (Kenneth) Adair, 12 grandchildren, 1 great grandson, 2 nephews and a niece. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Robin Robbins.

Bob was raised in St Augustine, Florida which is what triggered his love for the water. He loved to go on boat rides and grab his board to catch a few waves along with fishing and skiing.  He was an over the road trucker most of his life, he would tell his kids there is only 2 states he had never been Alaska and Hawaii and would always bring back a souvenir from the places he had visited.  He was a walking road map to anywhere you wanted to go in the US. He knew no stranger and was often the life of the party and had no problem challenging anyone to a game of pool.  No one dare leave his house hungry as he took pride in cooking on the grill and wanted to share his BBQ with everyone. He took a liking to gardening and would often have the town folk stop by to smell and sometimes pick his roses out front. He was just a friendly, kind soul who loved everyone.

In honor of his final wishes, Bob will be cremated, and his ashes will be returned to his beloved hometown in St Augustine.
