Ryan Paul Mast, 38, of Muncie, formerly Warsaw, Indiana passed away in the loving arms of Jesus Christ, on November 30, 2024, in a single-car accident. 

Ryan was born October 29, 1986, to Gary and Linda (Engelberth) Mast. Throughout his life, Ryan attended Dutchtown Brethren Church, Calvary Baptist Church, and The New Norm. Ryan graduated from Wawasee High School in 2006. He married the love of his life and lifelong best friend, Meagan (Garrett) Mast on May 18, 2019. Ryan adored being married to his beautiful wife Meagan and the two of them had four sweet angel babies.

Ryan was a fun-loving uncle and was referred to as “Funcle Ryan”. He was a kind-hearted, caring, big kid at heart. Ryan loved being goofy and making people laugh, playing games,  and hanging out with his friends and family. He had a passion for playing worship songs on his guitar and singing, especially with his Aunt Dawn, leading songs around church campfires, and singing karaoke any chance he got. He was an amazing cook and was fulfilling his dream by being a Kitchen Manager at the Wells County Jail. He was an avid Chicago Bears fan and loved Chuck Norris, Jackie Chan, and Star Wars.

Ryan will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Meagan (Muncie), his parents Gary and Linda Mast (Warsaw), his brother Jason (Danica) Mast (Milford), his grandmothers, Janice (Engelberth) McConnell (husband Larry) and Eloise Mast, in-laws Joe and Deliah Garrett (Muncie), brother in laws Dwain Garrett, Caleb (Alicia) Garrett, (Muncie), nephews and nieces Jackson, Emmalyn, Annalyse, Melody, and Brently, best friends Kyle (Kristinna) Schang, Josh (Jacqui) Warner, his fur baby Piper, as well as many uncles, aunts, cousins, church family, and friends. 

He is preceded in death by his and Meagan’s 4 angel babies, both of his grandfathers Alfred Engelberth and Lester Mast, and his grandparents-in-law Paul and Mildred Duncan and Buck and Sarah Garrett.

We will cherish the memories we have had with Ryan and are looking forward to the day we will meet him again in Heaven. 

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 10:30 AM with the funeral service at 12:30 PM at Parson Mortuary with Dan Herendeen officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Tomlinson Cemetery.
