Steven Wihebrink

Steven Matthew Wihebrink, 19, of Muncie, Indiana, passed away unexpectedly on December 4, 2024. He was born on October 30, 2005, in Muncie, Indiana, to Michael Wihebrink and Valerie Garcia.

Steven was a young man with a heart full of love for his family, friends, and his two special companions, his little buddy and little princess. He had a passion for music, especially rapping, and embraced life with the energy and enthusiasm of a teenager who truly lived in the moment. Steven attended at Cornerstone Community Church, where he found a sense of belonging. He was also fortunate to have a special friend in Caleb, and he was known for making friends easily and never meeting a stranger.

Steven is survived by his parents, Michael Wihebrink (Melissa) and Valerie Garcia (Tony); his grandparents, Christina Wihebrink (Michael) and Tracie Felton (Joe Felton), along with many cousins, uncles, and friends who will deeply miss him.

He was preceded in death by three great-grandfathers and one great-grandmother.

Steven’s vibrant spirit, kind heart, and love for life will always be remembered by those who knew him. His memory will forever be cherished by his family and friends.
