Sylvia Jean Buck, 70, left this life early Tuesday morning, September 17, 2024, at Bethel Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center following an extended illness.  She was born on February 26, 1954, in Jacksonville, Florida.

Sylvia had graduated from Jacksonville, Florida Schools in 1972 and later married Caster Buck on May 27, 2001 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and he survives.   Mrs. buck had worked at as a taxi driver, Ice cream route Truck Driver, and as a cook for many restaurants throughout Oklahoma and Indiana.  She enjoyed playing Bingo, music (especially George Harrison), flowers and watching westerns and games shows.  She was known to be pretty good at getting the answers on the games shows before the contestants could.      

Besides her husband of 23 years, Caster, she is also survived by a step children, Serona West-Strunk (Jason), Farmland and Steven Buck(Jeanann), Niles, Ohio; several other step children which include, Christina, Richard, Katherine, Corina , Kassondra and Jacob; may like children, such as Tammy,  etc.; several step grandchildren; many step great-grandchildren; many friends.

She was preceded in death by two stepsons, Christopher Buck and Caster Buck III and her parents

Cremation has been chosen with a private family gathering at a later date.  Parson Mortuary Cremation Center is entrusted with these arrangements.
